About Dr. Kate Endres
I am passionate about meeting people where they are in their health journey! Every person deserves to be valued and respected when they come for care. I collaborate with people to help them make health decisions that work for them and their situation. Most importantly, I teach person-centered care and trauma-informed care to new nurses and nurse practitioners.
I have been an advocate and educator my entire life. I moved from advocating on Capitol Hill to advocating at the bedside, from educating my children at home to educating at the University of Pittsburgh.
My nursing background is in labor and delivery, high-risk pregnancy, and outpatient OB/GYN care. I pursued a Family Nurse Practitioner degree as I saw the lack of consideration of women’s health as the health of the whole person, not just the uterus, and I am privileged to have helped many individuals reach their health goals!
